Re: JCM 800 with reverb head blows a Fuse Check the power selector for correct voltage   Obvious usually.. but can be overlooked.   No signs of dampness or any liquid spills?   Put near a heater/fire or use hair dryer.   (some animals like to claim territory ie   pets etc - not a band member)   Any signs of hibernating insects?   I have had some blow the ht fuse but it sounds   like the power fuse   Does it blow with the standby switch in   standby mode?   If not diodes or filter caps could be culprits.   More info required ... a long shot try   removing the preamp tubes   A model number would be helpful   Thats my 2 cents worth
