'65 Bandmaster eats fuses...

Andy | '65 Bandmaster eats fuses... I have a 65 Bandmaster that when its powered on it eats fuses like no other... I'm trying to troubleshoot it, but i am having some issues with that. Anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this? could it be faulty power caps? that is what i'm leaning towards at this point, but don't want to start ripping things apart in that respect untill i can get a better idea of the different possibilities.
