I feel bad about wasting a half of the tube, so any other suggestions for what I could do with that other half would help too. Some zeners on the CT is a good idea. Ill try it without them first and then add them in and see which I like better. If worse comes to worse Ill simply convert to a 5Y3, but I would like to at least try the SS first. Its a learning thing, Im not too big on just copying schematics word for word. Theres not much to learn from that. Ill let you guys know how it all goes within a few weeks. Thanks for the help!
