Try either CEDist (wholesale) or Antique Electronic Supply (retail) and look up part numbers:  
R-VPSH-250KA-SP  
R-VPSH-500KA-SP  
They are 3/8" push-push  
 
Also stock # R-VPP-1MA  
Push Pull 7mm thread
