| GregP | Re: Okay, not so low voltage now, high voltage Bruce, Obviously something is wrong here, and I am perfectly willing to accept all blame at this point. I'm okay with that. ;> V3 & V4: Pin 3 = 347 Pin 4 = 312 It looks like V2 voltages are okay acording to schematic values. Pin 1 = 160 (schematic shows 145v-160v) Pin 6 = 198V (schematic shows 185v-200v) I traced resistance values from B+ at standy by switch to each PS cap and got the expected resistance. Continued tracing down the line to pins 1 and 6 on V1 & V2 and resistances checked out okay at every point. All wiring looks to be identical to the layout. But after looking at this board over and over it is certainly within the realm of reason to assume that I am overlooking something obvious or not so obvious. The 220k grounding resistor that follows the .1uf coupling cap off pin 6 of V2 reads a resistance of +227k. This is the only component that is even close to tolerance limits. All other resistors are pretty close to where they should be. Bruce |
