Okay, not so low voltage now, high voltage

GregP	Okay, not so low voltage now, high voltage okay, so I was originally reading the voltages incorrectly. Power supply is providing DC voltage within spec. However, some other voltage readings are off.     V1   Pin 1 - 171 VDC   Pin 6 - 163 VDC     V2   Pin 1 - 160 VDC   Pin 2 - 198 VDC     Heater circuit: 6.52 VAC     Plates and grids on V3 and V4 are 347 and 312, respectively.
