Tried to buy some Alnico II from a firm in the US and was shocked at the price ie..$1 a slug and a minimum order of $6,500.  
The Chinese are very keen to do business and frankly, if the Alnico is 15% undercharged then you will not be spending fruitless hours trying to get that weakened magnet vintage thingy going...be happy!
