It's very helpful to hear the various symptoms and warning signs from all who have experienced them. re: quitting... my experiences are similar - "the only people in my life who have ever successfully quit have quit cold turkey." but i agree, whatever works is best. hey Speed, let me know when you're going and i'll join ya... but i prefer to use a baseball bat!
