Amazing how many 'pagers have had heart attacks. I hope it helps you kick the habit!! Life is a great story and you don't want to miss the ending. I love every single day of it like it's my last one.   FWIW the only people in my life who have ever successfully quit have quit cold turkey. Probably not for everyone but IMHO I think that if it is *what you truly want* nothing can stop you and pill and patches are a teaser. That said, I'm pulling for you no matter how you decide to go about it. And I'm not above getting on a big ol' jetairliner with a 2x4 and flying out there to get in line to help knock some sense into you.   Besides, think of the extra dough you could spend on guitars!
