| RedHouse | Re: Rickenbacker with fanned frets You are describing a Rickenbacker Model 481. It had the body shape of a 4001/2/3 Bass, and the slanted frets. Go to the Rickenbacker website and see/download the 1975 catalog, look on page-8 (I think). My friend has a model 480 which is the same type guitar but with standard frets and a maple neck. |
