Mixing brands can give you out of phase pickups, but this too can be easily corrected. Anyway, you don't have that issue. The only thing you need to do to be correct by the original "standards" developed by manufacturers is to make sure that the magnetic polarity (north vs. south) of the bridge pickup coil closest to the bridge IS THE SAME POLARITY as the neck pickup coil closest to the neck (just like the 6 screw original humbuckers). That's it.
