the bridged-T in this application looks like this:  
 
 
a pair of resistors in series, this pair is paralled by a cap. at the junction of the pair of resistors, there is a cap that goes to ground. the values are: Rpair=220K, Cparallel=330p, Cgrnd=.0047u. I'm at work so i don't have the schematic handy to post a pic, but can tell you this, on the Minuteman, these bridged-T's were hun off the center lug of the volume controls, the cap to ground was grounded at the input jacks, and the other end went to the eyelet board.
