SF twin reverb bias

dustie | SF twin reverb bias I just retubed my twin reverb and upon trying to rebias it found that the highest I could get the bias was 20ma.This negative voltage thing always confuses me with the bias.Should I increase or decrease the value of the resistor on the pot to get more negative voltage? TIA |
