Just a note on your fuses, all the Marshall 100w and 50w amps used slow blow fuses.  
 
100w US:  
T4A (4-Amp mains)  
T1A (1-Amp HT)  
 
50w US:  
T2A (2-Amp mains)  
T500MA (500mA)  
 
Equivalent US fuse type is "3AB" and "3AB1" (for HT) note that both are "SLO BLOW" type fuses.  
(not fast blow)
