The only place I know that carries them is Peter Dahl Transformers but the ones he has in stock dimensionally are so freak'n big that they would take up over half of my chassis. Dahl also charges more for the choke than my output tranny cost (a 10,000 ohm electra-print) and PS cost combined. I only need something rated at 200ma.
