I think I'm going to try insulating the RCA'a and star ground them next. Also, there IS a power transformer. I really should have caught the grounded neutral myself. That's the way I got the unit from my friend. It's not that way now though. Thanks. I did just fix up an old silvertone "amp in case" that uses the old table radio circuit though. I keep it in the bedroom, away from the other amps because it is not isolated. Short of a small isolation transformer, are there any ways to make it safe to play with others? Thanks, Howard Chandler
