I've got a 270FX, an HX, and 3 other amps with Hammond's, and they're all cool to the touch out of cabinets, just warm in the cabs after a good assault ( and if you heard my playing, you'd be filing a complaint with the local authorities.. ) Mabey the catch is the wall voltage. Here in the Monterey Ca. area our "Mains" typically doesn't push past 120vac.. Bill

Boy, I'm stumped..
