For what it's worth, I've repaired and refurbished a few Orange amps sent from Plexi Palace to the end user and more then once they sold it as a complete rebuild or fully repaired etc., when they were not!! Sales hype BS if you ask me.  
On the last one I did, they did not replace one of the main filter caps and forgot to change out the bias filter caps... probably because to do it right, the circuit board has to come out to do a proper full E-cap replacement.  
Until I got it, this amp blew all his power tube sets within 20-30 mins of use.  
To do an Orange right you MUST replace the two main filter caps with 50/50@500v caps (50uF wired in parallel for 100uF) and replace the two filter caps in the bias supply and rebias the power tubes to idle at around +16-17 watts each.
