That sounds like the Hybrid-A schematics.. Does it use 6L6 tubes? And does it have 5 switches (deep, jazz, etc?)  
 
That's the one I've been thinking of using..  
 
Do you have any pictures, layout or anything else useful? If so, feel free to e-mail it to me :)  
 
Also, do you use relays in it?
