Tube Screamer mods....where?

Dale | Tube Screamer mods....where? A couple years or so ago i modded my TS-5 from instructions on a web site. The mods included some very simple resistor values and possibly a cap change if i recall. The net effect was that it now had more low end and output. Now i have a TS-7 and i want to do the same thing. I'm quite sure the same mod will work with this one since all Tube Screamers are supposedly almost the same. Problem is, i not only can't find that site, but i can't seem to find ANY site that shows the mods. Only those that sell the service of having your TS modded. I'm not one to send my pedals out to pay the same amount as i paid for the pedal in the 1st place to have someone replace a couple resistors and a cap ! So does anyone know of any TS mod sites? Geofex seem to only have descriptions of the circuit, but i couldn't find any mods. Thanks... |
