pedal steel pickups

newbie | pedal steel pickups Hi does anybody know where I can find specs for pedal steel pickups and bobbins? I'm planning to build a D10 or D12 for some self inflicted torment. I cant seem to find much info on pedal steels I've heard that Emmons is a good design but I'm sure there must be many others too I guess brand isnt all that important at this point as I'm building from scratch with a couple of books I managed to scare up . Any help at all would be really helpfull since the books dont cover pickups THANKS BOB |
