I do agree, peer review is a great thing. We do it here on every project. It really keeps everyone on their toes, and having a couple sets of eyes is great for catching bugs etc. I often wonder just what peer review looks like at MSFT.. I mean half the stuff they advertise isn't finished or working properly until at least the first service pack.. I'm thinking peer review is something along the lines of "send in your code now if you want a paycheck.."
