Polka dances? Hermit, just take things a day at a time, tell your doctors how you feel and they will adjust meds accordingly, but be honest with them, if you feel like you want to end it all, tell them that's how you feel. 99% of doctors really do want to help. If you do decide to stop your meds, for your safety and the people you interact with on a daily basis' safety, DO NOT quit cold turkey! You will halucinate, probably panic, and get yourself locked up in the county mental ward, and there about 1% of the doctors want to help. They'll just keep you loaded so yuo'll shut up. If you quit your meds do it gradually. Two or three weeks stepping down if you must, but please talk to your doctors and try differnt meds first. Good luck bro, one day at a time. Jered
