nic	I just met a girl Driving home from work a few months ago, after one year of singlehood from a 3 year relationship, I literally said, "God what have I done to deserve this loneliness?" I met her that evening, no shit. Her name is Amanda, she is fantastic, goal oriented, inspires me look into myself for ways to be a better me. I have really good friends and all but had nobody special for an entire year and it was frustraiting. Especially cause the previous breakup was hard, nearly surgical. I went through many stages during that year of being single. From sad, to angry, to self destructive. Finally I admitted to myself I was depressed and tapered up back into goal orientation and finding joy within small sucesses. Proving to me the same advice I have given to many of my friends, "people wanna be with a person who is happy, positive, very into their life callings. You will find a special person when you forget you are looking." You do have to get out there and be positive. This is hard when you are depressed. Good luck!! Nicholas PS If you feel you may be depressed take it seriously and admit it to yourself. Take a vitamin B complex supplement, alter your diet to include fewer deep fried bad foods, excercise (gyms are a great way to meet new people), and cut back (read quit) on drugs and alcohol. http://psychcentral.com/depquiz.htm

You do have to get out there and be positive. This is hard when you are depressed.
