Go in to your local music store and set a mic with a recording device, keep all the same, and have the sales guy do the "one two" then you listen and it will be as clear as day. Why the sales person doing the mic test, because we are always surprised at our own voices when we first hear it. Unless of course you are a professional TV/singer . . . I guess a mic and through pre's into really good headphones would work also. Test them out tells us what you think ? Good luck
