Compare the similar topologies of things like the many fuzz face animals, see what parts are different and why they sound so much different. Although I went to school for electronics for a short period of time, I learned most of what I know now via the internet Keen and Orman, Anderton, Lancaster's Active Filter Cookbook, Walter G. Jung's IC Op-Amp Cookbook There are things ommited from some of the editions, it never hurts to put your library assistant to work digging out the early editions. Another book that may have helped folks in the past is, Secrets of Rf Circuit Design by Joseph J. Carr. Tinkering goes a long way too!!! nic |
