Classic 50 : Plate resistors... higher value ?

Sacha | Classic 50 : Plate resistors... higher value ? Hey folks! I know that Hiwatt uses 220k plate resistor for the first 12AX7. Whats the benefit of this, and how it will change the sound of my C50 if I try this ? Actually, I switched all the 150k plate rezs for 100k, ala marshall. |
