Eyelet size for 1/8" G-10/FR4

Carlo | Eyelet size for 1/8" G-10/FR4 hi all, what size eyelets do i need for 1/8" G-10/FR4? i'm ok with the diameter, but was wondering how tall they should be relative to the thickness of the board(G-10).
