UL and cathode biasing

UL and cathode biasing
Has anyone come across (or built) a cathode biased amp that runs in UL mode?

I'm specifically thinking about el34's (but also very interested in 6l6 and kt66 comparisons)

I'm currently in the planning stages of a design-to-build project, and am wondering what i should be looking for... I like the idea of UL (thanks DrZ!) but really like what cathode biasing has to offer. I haven't come across any guitar amps that use both (other than the november design where both pentode/ul and fixed/cathode operations are switchable. I don't have one, nor do i plan to build one...)

Thanks in advance!
