Well, you can buy that stuff at hobby/craft stores. My girlfriend had some, they use it for drying flowers, etc. I pour a bowl full of this and place the bowl and entire chassis inside a plastic bag, seal it up and let it sit for a couple of days. Worked twice for me. If you can't get it dried out, I would definitely first check warranty status on this amp. It may be best for you and customer to send it back and let Mark deal with it. Rick S
