Gibson goes Digital

Check out this story about Gibson going digital with their guitars: http://www.usatoday.com/tech/columnist/kevinmaney/2003-07-01-maney_x.htm These guys can't even build a decent plain old guitar anymore (okay, that's a little harsh), and they think this is going to save their company? Better that they concentrate on build quality than developing digital.
