Don't know if this is going to help you, but i have an amp, a homemade twin with some mods that did something like you mention. The buzzing can be caused by oscillation, usually high pitch, and you will need an oscilloscope to determine where it comes from and it's frequency. Also, mine have some problems with the reverb at high gains, it made this saturation too. Try grounding the input of the reverb tube to see what's happening. If it disappears, then try taking out the cap on the cathode of the 12AT7 rev tube. In the worst case...like mine, it can be a lousy rev transformer, and you're screwed.
