swt | defarting a fender amp hey guys!. i've heard that changing the tone stack in a fender type amp is a good way to get rid of this nasty problem. Do you suggest changing only caps, to marshall values, or pots might be included?. Also, what do you like better, 25k pot (mid) as a variable resistor to ground, or like in a marshall, as a pot, with the cap at the wiper?. Thanks a lot for any reply! |
