The choke will just need to be spec'd out like your typical plexi choke I'd imagine... 2x220uF caps in series with 220k balancing resistors >>> OT/CT connection >>> choke >>> screen connection, then the typical HT rail from thereon with each node supplying one whole ECC83. ...
