Run your amp at 90-95% line voltage using a variac.
You can also create an auto-transformer out of a 6.3 volt filament transformer that can be wired ahead of the PS transformer to serve the same purpose as a variac that will permanantly reduce your line voltage to the amp by 5-10%.
I'd draw you a schematic how to do this but don't know how to post it on this BB. Do a little reading on auto-transformers and then think about how you would go about using a stand alone fil xfmr in such a configuration to reduce line voltage. You'll figure it out.
