I am looking for "that" sound which is pretty good IMO, not sure I will get there without some help though. The pinouts are fine but maybe I got lucky and had one of those rare low gain 2N5087 transistors. I wish I knew more about this stuff but it's fun anyway. I can see now that I need a transistor tester to check HFE. I don't have any oscilation at max gain setting due most likley to the lower gain of my pedal. thanks Eric, Floyd
