Tychobrahe Octavia help

Floyd	Tychobrahe Octavia help Hi, I just built the tchobrahe octavia and it sounds ok but could use more gain. I used the JD Sleep negative ground version and his layout for my PCb board, 2N5087 for Q1, 2N5088 for Q2 and Q3. would the MPSA18,2N3906 transistor combo sound better in this circuit? Does anyone have the original schematic? If anyone has tweeked this circuit and knows what it needs please lend some help. Thanks in advance, Floyd H.
