Re: How to Build a Fuzz Factory... It's not that Z is sacred, it's a simple matter of respect. Sure, people here hack other people’s circuits to learn. No one is denying that. Not everyone here JUST clones other people’s circuits. I do DIY for fun and to learn. So far, the only FX I've built have been ones that are out of production, or designs by other FX builders here that have shared their designs. I also buy FX pedals, and have no problems doing so. There have been a few I've reverse engineered to learn from. The difference is I haven't posted any of that info anywhere. If Z Vex doesn't want his stuff posted, I have no problem respecting his wish. It's that simple. I don't know the man, I've never talked with him, but I can still have the common courtesy to respect his wish.
