General guitar gadgets has a few and small bear has as well.Small bear also offers a set of matched germanium transistors and in the faq section of his site there is a discussion on matching the transistors and what types can be used and R.G.Keen,at geofex,even offers a small device to do the matching with.I built his Jfet matcher to get matched Jfets for his Jfet doubler and it works great.
