Draw the schematic for what you have and I'm sure we'll be able to help you identifying both the connections and values for the pots. Chances are it won't be that difficult (2 transistors or so, I imagine?). The trickiest part will be integrating knowledge of the exact pinout of the transistors. By the way, what are the transistors in there?
