| Skreddy | Re: A/B box with "MIX" output If you're just mixing A and B, you can do it resistively if you don't mind a little bit of signal loss. If you want to do anything fancy like a parallel effects loop, you can't do that properly without active buffers. But for your idea, yeah; just make a simple A/B box and put in a, say, 500k pot to mix A and B (making it into an A/B Y-blend box). Of course, you could put an spst in line with the blend pot if you want to be able to select the preset blend with a footswich; but that might just be redundant for your application(?)... |
