I work at a business that does nothing but laser engraving (http://www.riverlandlaser.com) and if your enclosure is steel or aluminum, you can paint it first and then use the laser to remove the paint in the design that you want for your labels. aluminum usually comes out white, and steel is generally a light gray. just something to think about... andy
