I can't believe that, as we don't even know each other, but if you do let me know. You have my email. For everyone in this public forum, not using the brass plate is not a major deal, but is just one of my anal retentive preferences that goes along with my dual star grounding method of amplifier construction. As Bruce says it works just fine for many years with no problem. Leo wasn't a dummie for sure. Barry
