Ron,

"I use this amp to record in my home, and when I turn it off after about 2 hours, I stay in the room to make sure it doesn't catch fire."

And

"I've replaced everything twice except the PT and OT."

I have to be honest, I laughed a little when I read this, only because I've been in your shoes before - amp so hot you could fry an egg. I had a wide panel Pro once, and it was hot. Fortunately, my most recent project, a 5E3, never overheats.

I would guess that there is something up with your PT, OT, speaker, or something was up with your schematic - they are the only things that haven't blown!!!! Your amp is running hot, I'm surprised you aren't blowing fuses if you are blowing everything else.

Otherwise, troubleshooting is guesswork.
