Bruce /Mission Amps | Re: Death cap Since the three wire power cord is properly chassis grounded, and you always check to see if the outlet you are plugged into is also grounded at the third wire lug...**ahem**.... there isn't really any reason to remove the cap if it's a good poly cap rated at 600v to 630v. It should last 75 to 100 years pretty easily too. Bruce |
