Anyway the more I read about it, it seemed that I would have to pay for liability insurance anyway. The LLC does not do much if anything to protect the individual's assets in case of a lawsuit. I don't know how UL certification of an amp design or layout would help in the lawsuit area. Like if the AC ground wire from the power jack to the chassis is a green wire your OK. But if it is yellow, it does not pass the UL test ? No clue yet on this type of stuff. Soren
