GFR | Re: Bass players, check this! This is a brazilian trio called Cheiro de Vida (Smell of Life). They've just released this independent CD recorded live in 1988. This bass solo is a bonus trak recorded live in 1992. The bass player (Andre Gomes) was ~22 years old then... The guitar player is also impressive. Imagine if Holdsworth could play funk... And he's also a great luthier. It's even more impressive as they play like that for the whole show... After a while you start begging "Please, play something EASY!!!"
