I've tweaked the bassman RI with bias pot, 12AY7 tube, also use a lower powered rectifier, sounds pretty good. Some have suggested changing the two stock 22mFd pre-amp filter caps to one 8 mFd cap. Does that make it sound looser or is it pretty subtle, and will the amp be noisier? Thanks!
