Apparently you didn't like the one on the Princeton either, but they are different from the boost on the Twins, Quads, etc. My PR was practialy useless with the boost off, because the bass got all flubby with the volume turned up past 3. No one who ever heard or played through my PR with the boost on disliked it, and a few were genuinely blown away by it. As was a buddy of mine who checked out a Deluxe with boost in a music shop one time. Shea
