Peter, For my JTM4.5, I had my 6V6 running at 290V, screens at 285V, and plates were around 250-260V on the B+ rail if I remember correctly. I'd run a standard Champ power supply(component wise) and you'll be fine. I think I ended up with around 150V on the 12AX7 plates.
